The Gospel spreads around the globe through multiplying churches and disciples, not by growing one church larger and larger. Multiplication is exponentially more powerful than addition.
We’re taking an innovative approach to multiplication through a “slow” church planting model—launching a Five Oaks campus that seeks to replicate our DNA and then transition into an independent, thriving church.
The Cottage Grove campus Grand Opening will be in October at Oltman Middle School.
Through this slow church planting initiative, we will:
Seek to recruit 150 adults to plant a healthy church in Cottage Grove, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Twin Cities.
Equip the campus with everything needed to offer weekend worship services and Kid’s Ministry at Oltman Middle School…and make it look and feel like Five Oaks!
Launch with a paid staff that includes campus lead pastor Henry Michael Williams, Kids’ Ministry, and Worship leadership.
Share Students, Men’s, and Women’s Ministries with Woodbury.
Provide online, digital, and print communications through central support.
