The Evangelical Free Church of Woodbury was founded and began meeting at Wooddale Recreation Center
1990
We moved our meeting location to Woodbury High School
1997
We began meeting at Lake Jr. High School
1997
We purchased the land for our current campus (The land was called Five Oaks Ranch)
1997-1998
Phase 1 of our building was built (office and multi-purpose space)
1999
We changed our name to Five Oaks Community Church
2001-2002
Phase 2 of our building was planned and built (worship center and kids wing)
2002
We held our first worship service in our building
2005-2006
Phase 3 was designed and built (Gym, expanded commons space, and Acorn Café)
2014
We purchased the land to the south of our property
2020
To make our space more welcoming and usable for new neighbors moving in around us, we updated and refreshed the interior and exterior of our building and replaced the parking lot
