Fall is such an exciting season of fresh starts, and this fall, many parts of school, sports and activities feel fresher than ever before! In honor of fall and all things fun, we’re throwing a party on October 8 – just for you, our church family! This all-ages FREE event will include a free supper, huge inflatables, Team Trivia for teens and adults, lawn games, a kids’ movie, and all-new this year...a chili cook-off! This is great event to invite a neighbor family to as well. It’s free (and fun too, did we mention fun?) but you do need to register in advance. October 8, 6-9 pm at Five Oaks. Register here. Men: Join us for pancakes!
Our men’s annual pancake breakfast is on Saturday, September 25, at 8 am. Join us for some amazing flapjacks, fun, and fellowship with new and old friends alike. Pastor Gary Dawkins, of Mercy Vineyard Church, will join us to speak on some current issues facing men in our culture today. Register here.
Fifth graders: Join us for some fifth grade fun!
Hey families of fifth graders! Now that school has been rolling for a few weeks, it’s time to get together for some fun! Your fifth graders (and their fifth grade friends, of course!) are invited to Five Oaks for indoor and outdoor games, snacks, and hang time! September 24, 6:30-8:30 pm. Registration is not required. Would you like to meet our Hope Academy student?
Remember Hope Academy in Minneapolis? They are carrying hope to the city by providing a remarkable education to inner-city students. A portion of your BLESS campaign contributions is providing tuition for one student at Hope Academy. High schoolers: Register now for Camp Getaway
Join us October 15-17 for a high school-only weekend at Camp Getaway. We’ll play games, spend time in worship, make memories with new friends, and learn the Story of God from Pastor Henry.
