Loving your city: New Life Family Services
Does the thought of helping those in a crisis pregnancy situation to choose life seem intimidating? We’re partnering with New Life Family Services in their mission to support those in crisis. An easy, yet impactful way to be involved is by participating in our baby wipe drive. Between now and January 30, please drop off unscented baby wipes in the commons to support NLFS. You also have the opportunity to talk to representatives from NLFS in the commons this weekend between services. They have many ways to get more actively involved in their mission. Interested in learning more? Email Dave Baar.
Got questions about baptism or dedication?
We want to come alongside you as your child takes important steps in their faith journey. We have two milestone classes upcoming on February 9: A Family Dedication class at 9 am and a Communion/Baptism class at 10:45 am. These will help you with questions and conversations your family will have around these milestones. We’ll be celebrating both of these faith milestones the weekend of March 19+20, so now is a great time to start. Please email Kelly Bauman to register or for more info on either class.
Story of God: Six weeks to greater bible comprehension
Understanding the big picture helps us engage more meaningfully in the everyday of life. Come learn about the one big story the Bible tells and how you are a part of that story. The class is only six weeks long with daily readings and a leader to engage in conversation each week when you get together. Don’t miss the opportunity to help you grow spiritually by understanding the Bible’s story from start to finish.

Do you have a heart to help a student get to camp?
We have a great problem: Many meaningful and memorable experiences are on our horizon! It is our heart and mission to not leave any student behind because of the cost. Due to an increase in camp fees, travel cost, and food prices, we do provide scholarships for every major student ministry event. If you would like to help sponsor a middle school student for the Middle School Meltdown or Camp Getaway, please email Kyler Albert.
Invest in your marriage on February 19
Mark your calendar for a morning marriage workshop called Real Connection, led by Steve Lutz of Counseling Care and his wife, Michelle. More details to come! Registration info available here. Questions? Email Jonathan Haage.
