Family Resource Center: We want to journey with you
Stop by the Family Resource Center this weekend  to peruse all of the resources available to equip you to succeed with your family.  The Family Resource Center is a place for every family at every age, stage, and phase to find resources, tools and caring conversation for their family. It is staffed each weekend by our Family and Discipleship Team and is a place to have a conversation with our caring staff.  We’ll help you find tools and resources to navigate the phase you’re in. We are here to help you gain confidence in leading your family well!

Welcome to Five Oaks Kids!
On a non-holiday weekend, we have programming for all children, ages birth through fifth grade, in the Tree House. We use the Gospel Project curriculum, so the materials your kids study is the same scripture covered in the sermon.  Your kids will receive a Big Picture card each week that helps springboard family discussions at home. We’re  glad you’re worshiping with us this Easter and sharing your children with us!

Would you like some snuggle time?
We love babies! And babies love to be comforted! We’re looking for volunteers with good cuddling skills who will snuggle and play with our babies in the nursery so the parents of those sweet babies might enjoy worship with peace of mind. Interested in blessing these parents? Please click here to email Cindy Yarrington for more info. You also may message her on Realm.

Hang out with some of our favorite friends!
Our special abilities class, the Retreat, is looking for volunteers to come hang out with us during the 9am service. No extra training is necessary, just your love for Jesus and for kids. For more info, please click here to email Cindy Yarrington. You also may message her on Realm.

Got a question about Realm?
Realm is our app-based tool that will simplify how we communicate as a church. If you haven’t yet created your account, look for your email invite from Five Oaks Church dated January 26 and get started! Stuck? Go to www.5oaks.info. for more info or email office@fiveoakschurch.org with your questions. You’ll find it easy to use, and we’ve already seen how it simplifies our communication efforts.

Connections team: now “hiring” some key volunteers!
We have openings on three different teams. We’d love for you to join us if these fit your passions and interest!
•If you’ve ever been told you’re a natural host, we need you on the Info Center team! This is a great way to get to know new faces at Five Oaks while serving. We have both Saturday and Sunday openings for a once monthly serve.
•We’re also looking for White Glove team members. This involves light cleaning and organizing prior to weekend services. If you appreciate the “final touches” in life, this would be a great role for you. Also a once-monthly serve.
•It can be a little intimidating when you first visit a church and don’t know what to expect, so our Concierge team is ready to help first-time guests have a smooth visit.  They are the folks you see each week by the “New Here” sign who help check in kids, offer free drinks and answer questions for our visitors.
To volunteer or for more info on any of these positions, please click here to email Jennifer Clemens, or message her on Realm.
